Lee has over 15 years of experience practicing law and is a graduate of the Nashville School of Law. Lee also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Belmont University. While attending law school, he worked for the Nashville Metropolitan Department of Law where he assisted in a wide variety of legal issues. Before attending law school, he worked as a paralegal for 6 years.
In addition to his many years of practice, Lee also taught at Volunteer State Community College as a Professor of Evidence, Ethics, Criminal Law, and Legal Writing.
Lee’s practice is mainly focused on representing clients in Dependency and Neglect cases, Severe Abuse allegations, and Termination of Parental Rights. He also represents clients in custody disputes and takes a limited number of Criminal Defense cases. Lee also is a Guardian Ad Litem for children in custody who need representation of their own in legal instances.
